Non-expanded vinyl or furniture-grade vinyl is not recommended by professionals for outdoor use. If you buy a cover using this type of fabric and vinyl, expect to replace the cover often, as it is prone to tearing easily. 

Our covers are tapered for water runoff and are made from heavy-duty, marine-grade vinyl. They are designed for maximum energy-efficiency since the tight seal insulates and locks in heat. Coupled with UV and weather protection, the best material for your hot tub cover is marine-grade vinyl.

Our custom hot tub covers contain 1 lb density foam. Thicker foam, in this case, is not better. Paired with the marine-grade vinyl, the 1 lb foam does not substantially affect the energy-efficiency of the cover. 

All covers include child-resistant safety locks and incorporate the mounting plates necessary for attaching our cover lifter systems. Our covers also meet or exceed all ASTM safety standards for UL classification.

1. Orders are only accepted for those within San Antonio, Texas. 
2.  You or a person you designate must be available to accept the delivery. Missed delivery appointments may result in re-delivery charges.
3. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete measurement for the custom cover. Sweetwater Services, Inc. is not responsible for a cover that does not fit properly if the dimensions provided are incorrect.
4. Once a custom cover is made, we cannot accept returns. All Sales Are Final.
